Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your order. If you're not, you can return it within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility

- Request your return within 30 days of receiving your item.

- The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

- Include your order number or proof of purchase.

How to start a return

Email us at williamsfamily43vr@gmail.com with your order number and the item you'd like to return. We'll reply with return instructions and the address to send it to. Items sent back without first requesting a return can't be accepted.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us right away with your order number and photos so we can make it right.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to let you know whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
